The Women Cell of The E5 College For Women stands as a pillar of support, strength, and empowerment for the women on our campus. Established with the vision of fostering a safe, inclusive, and progressive environment, the Cell works proactively to uphold the dignity, rights, and well-being of every woman student, faculty member, and staff.

At the heart of the Cell’s mission is the belief that empowered women empower society. Through awareness programs, skill development workshops, counselling, and advocacy, the Women Cell nurtures leadership, resilience, and self-confidence among women, preparing them to face personal, academic, and professional challenges with dignity and determination.

Safety and Support

The Women Cell ensures a zero-tolerance policy against harassment or any form of gender-based discrimination. It works closely with the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to provide a secure and responsive grievance redreasal system.

All concerns are handled with confidentiality, empathy and professionalism.
