At The E5 College For Women, the Grievance Redreasal Cell (GRC) is established as a vital support system to ensure that every student, faculty member, and staff feels heard, respected, and treated fairly. The Cell reflects our institution's deep-rooted commitment to upholding justice, transparency, and inclusiveness within the academic and administrative framework.

The GRC provides a platform where individuals can freely express concerns, complaints, or suggestions related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. Our objective is to resolve issues promptly and constructively while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy.

Grievance Redressal Process

1. 1. Submission – Grievances can be submitted via:
   1. Online grievance portal [insert link if applicable]
   2. Email to: thee5college@gmail.com
   3. Written complaint dropped in the Complaint / Grievance Box on campus
2. 2. Acknowledgment – Each complaint is acknowledged within 3 working days.
3. 3. Review & Resolution – The Cell investigates the matter confidentially and aims to resolve it within 10–15 working days, depending on the nature of the grievance.
4. Follow-up – If needed, the complainant will be called for clarification or informed of the decision and resolution measures.
