Important Instructions

1. Students must read the prospectus thoroughly and carefully before filling out the admission form. Each student must submit a written undertaking confirming that they will abide by all the rules and regulations of the college, as well as any instructions issued from time to time.
2. Fees, funds, or any other dues once paid will not be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances.
3. It is mandatory for every student to attend at least 75% of the lectures delivered in each subject. Failure to do so may result in a fine for short attendance, and the student may be disqualified from appearing in the final examination.
4. Students are required to check the college notice board daily to stay informed about the latest instructions and information. Ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.
5. If any incorrect information is provided or facts are concealed—either knowingly or unknowingly—the student’s admission is liable to be canceled without prior notice.
6. Students must remain on the college premises until 3:00 PM, regardless of whether or not they have scheduled classes.
7. Carrying or using mobile phones on the college campus is strictly prohibited.
8. Students who have failed or have compartmental results from other colleges will not be admitted, except under exceptional circumstances and with special written permission from the Principal.
9. The Principal and the Board of Governors of the College reserve the right to amend or modify any rule or regulation as deemed necessary under prevailing circumstances.
10. Plucking flowers or damaging greenery and small plants on the college campus is strictly prohibited. Offending students will be fined.
11. Carrying an Identity Card while on campus is mandatory for all students.
