At E5 College for Women, we are committed to creating and sustaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for every student, faculty member, and staff. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, with a mission to prevent and address sexual harassment and promote a culture of zero tolerance toward any form of misconduct

We believe that every woman has the right to dignity, safety, and freedom from fear—and the ICC stands as a pillar of support and justice for anyone affected by harassment on campus.
